The Customer Success, Financial team is part of the Regional Grab Support organization dedicated to supporting Grab's Financial arm, GrabFin, bringing world-class service quality to users across the region. The CS-F team works closely with GrabFin Product and Business teams to drive and execute the servicing strategy of GrabFin financial services, supporting Grab’s ecosystem growth and vision to drive SEA forward.

**Get to know the Role**:

- This role is responsible for the end-to-end project management of transformational initiatives with scope including but not limited to strategic product rollout; operational process transformation; organization optimization and people development across Southeast Asia.
- Project manage and track regional initiatives within Grab Support, Product, and Tech, to transform Grab support for financial services to a world-class standard
- Be accountable from project inception to closure:

- Be able to understand and articulate strategies and plans to cross-functional project team members and stakeholders,
- Oversee execution with proper project governance and regular reporting to drive deliverables,
- Advocate change management
- Track target metrics and control project financials
- Identify risks and prepare mitigation tactics
- Explore: Uncover the best customer insights through customer research and analytics to support decision-making
- Launch: Propose and launch impactful projects that lift the consumers' and partners’ experience to world-class levels
- Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to implement changes at light speed
- Influence: Work closely with senior executive stakeholders to make impact happen
- Try, break, succeed, repeat
- Lead the charge: Influence and serve to deliver through others

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- Program manage assigned service quality improvement projects (including organization effectiveness, resources optimization, channel & user journey strategies, not limited to process improvement) with direct contact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in the organization, GS, GSTF, GrabFin & GFin TF.
- Collaborate with various teams within GS, conduct and facilitate brainstorming and alignment workshops to identify customer pain-points, service improvement, and efficiency optimization opportunities, initiate and conceptualize new projects, chart out priorities and resource allocation, and build and execute project roadmaps.
- Manage project budgets, track agreed with OKRs and project economics, and ensure project governance and team accountability to deliver results and maximize business and user benefits.
- Keep abreast and share the industry service standards and innovations and bring in world-class service with customization to SEA culture and needs to our operations teams.

**The Must-Haves**:

- At least 7 years of relevant experience in driving organization transformational initiatives in the financial industry
- Familiar with SE Asia e-commerce and digital payment landscapes
- Demonstrate deep domain experience and knowledge of change management, and people development in the Customer Service context is a definite advantage
- High level of flexibility in working in a high-pressure working environment, used to managing multiple projects/programs
- Storyteller - Able to create and deliver powerful communications to bring senior stakeholders along
- Fast on the feet - Demonstrated ability to problem solve in unfamiliar territory
- Commando - Able to work fast in small teams but with broad organizational reach
- Visual person - Ability to use data visualization to summarize meaningful insights
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
- Experience in engaging across Asian markets and cultures
- Flair for numbers, strong analytical skills, and structured process thinking, attentive to detail
