**Purpose of the role**

As part of the Central Project Office you will be responsible for management of activities relating to the delivery of Indicia Worldwide projects that include analysis, planning, implementation, change management and service delivery. To compliment the above, you will also conduct your activities to the standard that Indicia Worldwide as an industry leader in the business areas it decides to operate in.

You will be involved in regional projects throughout all locations of which Indicia Worldwide operates but the centric area will be Australia / New Zealand (ANZ) and APAC region as required. As a result, in order to fulfil the requirements of your role, you may be required to engage in travel. This requirement will be discussed with you and managed on an ongoing basis when addressing project needs and scope.

You may also have employee responsibility for internal resources assigned to you to complete specified projects.

**Support projects across the region that include**
- New client implementations, Finance system integration, Resolving specific service issues, Supply chain implementations, Technology projects, and Due Diligence

**Project Management**
- Creates and executes business project work plans
- Works closely with nominated client project teams and stakeholders
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Reviews deliverables and objectives for Project risk
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project for clients
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Leads change management and transformation activities
- Leads project communications and management office
- Rapidly resolves or escalates business critical issues of project
- Works with global technology partners to deliver leading technology and network solutions

**Reporting**
- Project management updates to leadership teams

**Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure**
- Minimum 5+ year experience performing a Project Manager role within a fast-paced IT / Business Consulting or Marketing environment
- Experience within Marketing Technology and Agency, familiar with Iterable/Braze/SalesForce would be preferred
- Fast learner and excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex problems to non-technical people
- Requirements documentation, including Use case and user story development, is mandatory
- Expert with Agile processes, JIRA scrum boards, Confluence and Project Management tools
