**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**During the first year**:
The Business Transformation Associate Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the financial system within the company and driving long-term development initiatives within the department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of the project and will continue to contribute to the department's growth and improvement in the long term.

1. Project Implementation: Lead the implementation of the financial system project, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external consultants. Develop and execute project plans, allocate resources, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.

2. Systems Management: Oversee the financial systems, including the evaluation of the current system, investigating ERP system, accounting software, and other related tools. Ensure proper functionality, data integrity, and user support, collaborating with IT and finance teams.

3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance controls, and improve efficiency. Develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and workflows to optimize financial operations.

4. Change Management: Drive the adoption of the financial system and related changes within the department. Develop change management strategies, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide training and support to ensure smooth transitions.

5. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the long-term development of the department by participating in strategic planning initiatives. Collaborate with the Business Transformation Director and other stakeholders to align financial systems and processes with the organization's goals and objectives.

6. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and consultants, oversee contracts and service-level agreements, and ensure effective relationships for system maintenance and support.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Generate accurate and timely financial reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the finance team and other relevant departments to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members as required.

**Starting from the 2nd year**:
The Business Transformation Associate Manager’s responsibility will focus further on driving department's long-term development and business process management.

1. Department's Development

Contribute to the department’s development by identifying transformation opportunities and leading relevant projects.
Continue to monitor the financial project outcomes, evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
Drive the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, such as enterprise resource planning and fostering a digital culture within the organization.
2. Business Process Management

Contribute to the Operation Excellence development by providing support in documenting current Business Processes, analyzing process gaps, & actively initiating future state processes.
Collaborate with Operations Department to ensure process documentation is accurate, complete, & aligned with the organizational objectives. Provide support to the Operations Department, when necessary & when clear Timeline & Objectives are confirmed with the Business Transformation Director.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s operations and support the Business Transformation Director in identifying & assessing opportunities for business process improvement & reengineering.

**REQUIREMENT**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain management or a related field. A master's degree would be an advantage.

Experience: Proven experience in managing complex transformation projects, preferably within a supply chain or related field.

Skills required:
Knowledge of ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.
Knowledge of digital transformation trends & technologies, with a keen interest in driving organizational change.
Excellent project management abilities, including project planning, resources allocation, and progress tracking.
Strong analytical & problem-solving, with the ability to navigate through challenges & propose innovative solutions.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams & stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
