**The opportunity**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Act as product owner to define product (digital tools) goals, manage product delivery roadmap/backlogs in line with company digital strategy for Distribution Channels, i.e., Agency and Partnership Distribution.
- Collaborate closely with Agency and Partnership Distribution teams, including salesforce, as key stakeholders, to understand their requirements, operation and processes and suggest suitable, innovative digital solutions to business needs, and drive the changes and development of the digital solutions with relevant colleagues from various functions, e.g., IT, Training, Communication across the company.
- Create documentation including creative product design briefs and functional specifications.
- Provide end-to-end project governance and management throughout the project life cycle from initial scoping phase, through planning, estimating & budgeting, business case preparation and obtaining approval, scheduling, design & development, full implementation, and post launch follow up.
- Manage schedules and resources for multiple projects at a time and be responsible for ensuring that they’re delivered to the highest quality within agreed timings and budget.
- Manage change management activities including communication, training delivery and device management to drive product adoption
- Anticipate potential project problems and dependencies, and effectively suggest solutions or contingency plans.
- Proactively identify issues that could impact the successful delivery and/or execution of the team’s commitments.
- Evaluate market research, conditions, and competitor data.

**What we are looking for**
- **Education**:University/ Management degree in Computer Science preferred.
- **Professional/Trade qualification**:(i) Digital Transformation, (ii) Product Management, (iii) Project Management, (iv)Digital Marketing
- **Competencies**:(i) Strong Product and Project Management skill, (ii) Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, (iii) Proficient in both English and Vietnamese, spoken and written, (iv) Result-oriented and work with high responsibility, (v) Execution focused with a keen problem-solving and innovative mindset, (vi) Able to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities as required, (vii) Self-motivated, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision, (viii) Good problem-solving skill, (ix) Strong teamwork and collaboration capability, (x) At ease with driving/promoting new practices and managing ambiguity.
- **Experience**:(i) Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, (ii) Previous work experience in the insurance industry would be an advantage, (iii) Knowledge of the latest technology developments and standards would be a plus, (iv) Solid understanding of the key components required to drive a Digital Customer Leader transformation within a complex multinational organization with many historic and legacy challenges to navigate, (v) Agile/Scrum experience.
- **Computer Proficiency**:Excellent at MS Excel/ Power point
- **Key working relationship**:(i) Internal: All Departments, (ii) External: Vendors, Agents, Bank Partners
