Being the owner of Digital Transformation of Prudential, Digital Transformation team plays a vital role in differentiating & defining the new way PVA approach and engage with its stakeholders (customers, sales forces, employees, shareholders, government & business partners ) for business growth.

This position is responsible for the assistance in planning and execution of performance tracking and optimization for Prudential Digital platforms and digital projects. This process includes data analytics, reporting and performance optimization planning and execution with an understanding of the insurance industry and digital, directly contributing to customer/user acquisition, retention and business growth.

Vị trí này sẽ chịu trách nhiệm việc hỗ trợ lên kế hoạch và triển khai quy trình theo dõi hiệu suất và tối ưu hóa hoạt động của các nền tảng và dự án thuộc phòng ban Kỹ thuật số của Prudential. Công việc sẽ bao gồm phân tích số liệu, thực hiện báo cáo và đề xuất kế hoạch tối ưu hóa hoạt động dựa trên số liệu. Công việc đòi hỏi sự thấu hiểu kỹ thuật số trong ngành bảo hiểm, nhằm gia tăng hiệu quả các hoạt động tìm kiếm và nuôi dưỡng Khách hàng và Đại lý, từ đó dẫn đến sự phát triển chung cho Prudential.

Job Responsibilities _/ Phạm vi công việc_
- Buidling Dashboards and data validation of other data platforms to ensure the quality of digital transformation performance tracking. _Chịu trách nhiêm xây dựng và xác thực dữ liệu trên các nền tảng đo đạt số liệu nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng của việc theo dõi hoạt động chuyển đổi số._
- In charge of the setup and tracking of lead generation campaign on digital transformation platforms. This includes flow and data validation, tracking and UAT. _Chịu trách nhiệm thiết lập các chiến dịch phân bổ cơ hội bán trên các nền tảng số bao gồm các bước kiểm tra, đo đạt dữ liệu và quy trình._
- Assist in preparation and analysis of periodic and ad-hoc digital-related reports/Dashboards. _Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị và phân tích các báo cáo/nền tảng báo cáo thuộc nền tảng và dự án Kỹ thuật số._
- In charge of data analysis and optimization for digital platforms and activities. Areas include performance, user insights, incident management, communications and customer campaigns. _Chịu trách nhiệm đề xuất kế hoạch phân tích chuyên sâu để tối ưu hóa các hoạt động và chiến dịch chuyển đổi số. Mảng phân tích sẽ bao gồm hiệu suất, dữ liệu người dùng, quản trị sự cố, truyền thông và các chiến dịch cơ hội bán_._
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage the execution plan. _Làm việc sâu sát với các đối tác để quản trị việc triển khai._
