**Job Descriptions**:
- Work in a Digital design team to develop high-speed mixed-signal PHY IPs
- Create micro architecture documents
- Perform RTL coding, RTL linting/CDC check
- Work closely with verification team to debug design issues (both RTL simulation and Gate Level simulation with SDF)
- Provide intensive support to customers, including bringing up PHY IP to SoC environment, silicon bring-up and assist various questions from customers

**Requirements**:
- Strong Verilog, system Verilog, PERL, and TCL skills
- Demonstrates good communication skills in English
- Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills and great teamwork.
- Knowledge of silicon debugging is a plus
- Knowledge of high-speed interface protocols, DFT is a plus
- Knowledge of UVM is a plus
