As a Business Intelligence Associate, you will play a crucial role to facilitate data-informed decision-making at Anduin. You will liaise between business owners and data specialists to develop and execute a plan to answer the most important business questions with data. This role requires a strong understanding of data analytics, a sharp business mindset, and the ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and data requirements.
- Prioritize, translate, and coordinate various data questions from different business teams.
- Design and implement data collection systems, data analytics processes, and BI dashboards.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiencies based on data analysis.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and BI tools to drive innovation within the organization.
- Create and maintain automated reports, data visualizations, and dashboards using BI tools.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.), and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial data, metrics, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
