**The Role**:

- Initiate and implement practical & results-oriented Business Intelligence solutions to improve the velocity & quality of business decisions.
- Successfully implement VDI element Business Intelligence at Mekong Capital and eventually at Investees as VDI Element Leader

**What You Will Contribute**:
**1. For Mekong Capital**:
**People**:

- Actively inquiring about business needs & requirements to generate self-explanatory and insightful dashboards or analysis.
- In constant conversation/communication with (key) user to build & enhance their understanding of data analytics and BI
- Proactively communicating progress & updates with key users incl. getting their input on improving dashboards.
- Closely working with the BI & ARI to get clear user stories and acceptance criteria from key users.
- Leading monthly BI Effectiveness sessions for Investee-facing team members to relate to our BI system & dashboards in an empowering and effective way.

***Process**:

- Coach and help to build effective and efficient processes, related to data & insights which reflects:

- Data visualization with Ease and velocity in both updating existing and developing new dashboards.
- Collaborate with other members of the development team(s) and agile project managers to cause them to deliver breakthrough performance projects.
- Create insightful and self-explanatory dashboards that fulfill the QC requirements.
- Inquisitive about requirements from Key Users and proactively communicate progress, development, and outcome of dashboards.
- Timely (within 4h) reply to requests or input on dashboards.
- Continuously improving the operating model to deliver insightful dashboards with velocity.
- Ensuring a simple but scalable data structure
- Working with vendor and/or external consultants for a robust data architecture (including implementing changes if required)

***Technology & Tools**:

- Own the data & BI Infrastructure to build effective (=self-explanatory) and insightful data visualization for (key) users
- Evaluating and overseeing implementation & usage of the latest tools and technology elements with a focus on the effectiveness and enablement of Mekongers in Business Intelligence

**2. For Investee Companies**:
**People**:

- Inspiring and enabling key people in investee companies to fully leverage the power of Business Intelligence to grow his/her teams’ capabilities.

- Ensuring that process/operating model is organized around results/key users vs. technical barriers/perfection.

***Technology & Process**:

- Providing a holistic and objective assessment of core technologies and partner management with a focus on delivering the vision of investee companies

**Who You Are**:

- You are in the game of transformation and purpose-driven.
- You are proficient in Vietnamese & English communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are proactive, straightforward, result-driven and enjoy working in the high-performance working environment.
- You are inquisitive, consistently dig deeper and generate new initiatives to excellence the BI services with the highest velocity and best quality.
- You possess 5-10 years of working experience in Business Intelligence & Business Consultant
- **Skills**:Communication** - **Business Insights** - **Data Analytics** - **Data Visualization** - Data Engineering (Basic) - Data Architecture - Business Analytics - Data Governance - Market Research - Customer Insight - Databases
- **Must have**: PowerBI, SQL
- **Nice to have**: Microsoft Azure, Python
