Your role will focus on driving excellence in performance measurement and generating insights from internal and external data sources to support our growth strategy.

**Key responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Analysis**: Prepare and present insightful analyses to the LOC Leadership Team and commercial business units to influence executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- ** Reporting and Planning**: Develop and maintain effective reporting and analytical tools to assist in goal setting and performance measurement for commercial units. Establish and execute processes for regular analytical reviews of commercial and financial performance, utilizing business unit analytical resources and tools.
- ** Forecast Modeling**: Design and implement advanced forecasting models to predict business outcomes, leveraging data science methodologies to enhance accuracy and reliability of forecasts. Utilize these models to provide actionable insights and guide strategic planning.
- ** Forecast Optimization**: Continuously refine and validate forecasting models to adapt to market changes and improve predictive accuracy. Integrate diverse data sources to enhance model robustness and reliability.
- ** Market Research **Support**: Execute ad hoc market research, including perception studies and Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives, and facilitate implementation in the LOC.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Monitor overall company performance, escalate critical information to the LOC Leadership Team, and commercial business units to support timely and effective business decisions.
- ** Compliance and Insight**: Oversee LOC market research to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and insightful outcomes. Ensure completeness and validity of contracts, agreements, and documentation related to internal processes and external services.
- ** Reporting and Metrics**: Construct and review ad-hoc and standardized reports for senior management, assess the impact of strategic initiatives, and communicate risks and opportunities.
- ** Training and Development**: Develop and conduct training modules to enhance commercial and financial acumen across the organization, ensuring alignment between finance and commercial objectives.

**Basic qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business, Engineering, or Statistics. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Expertise in Business Intelligence processes and systems, with a strong understanding of forecast modeling and data science methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and BI tools (Azure, SQL, Power BI, Python).
- Experience in managing complexity within a regulated industry, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Knowledge of ADP tools and techniques.
- Strong networking and coordination skills across different functions.
- Ability to anticipate and manage trends impacting performance measurement.
