**Position Summary**

This position is Mainly responsible for:

- Cross-segment supplier quality management as part of the Shared Services organisation, Asia Pacific, which provides cost effective services to all three segments, leveraging common processes, procedures, and resources, globally and in each region. The Supplier Quality Manager, Commercial Quality Shared Services leads a supplier quality management of cross-segment suppliers for ensuring the robustness, efficiency, effectiveness, and continuing suitability of supplier applicability in Asia Pacific.
- Leads and drives error reduction/business excellence program initiatives as well as Cost Improvement initiatives. The Process Excellence Manager will liaise with Global Deliver JJOS, APAC Deliver Operations, Global Deliver Excellence, Regional Segment Commercial Quality, Make Quality/Operations and Franchise Quality organizations.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
Cross Segment Supplier Management:
Responsible for cross-segment supplier quality management and work with business partners, for examples, DELIVER Operation, Procurement, Global Transportation Organisation, and Segment Commercial Quality for implementing and improving the purchasing controls program and quality management system (QMS) implementation within Commercial Quality Shared Services, Asia Pacific. Primary Shared Services in scope include:

- Providing cross-segment supplier quality management services in accordance with standard purchasing controls procedures.
- Participating enterprise and global supplier quality meeting to ensure meeting to regulatory and quality requirements.
- Leading implementation of initiative projects to ensure compliance of cross-segment suppliers.
- Interfacing with Regional Deliver Operations to provide consolidated Cross-Segment Supplier Quality Review, Metrics and Reporting.

Quality Excellence:
Responsible for influencing, building consensus and implementing change without having direct reports and line authority. Primary Shared Services in scope include:

- The position will lead regional initiatives such as process improvements, risk reduction efforts, CIPs and Cost Avoidance, Lead/ Representing CQSS for any Quality Project impacting CQSS, CQSS Lead for Deliver AP Regional Project Governance, etc.
- Interfacing with Regional Deliver Operations to provide consolidated Cross-Segment Quality Review, Metrics and Reporting
- Quality Excellence Project Management to support cross-segment project execution covering cost, quality, and compliance improvements, RDEx, JJOS, technology implementation and other capital improvements

Supplier Quality Project Management

This role is to assures support provided as a core team member on enterprise project related such as:

- Enterprise Project for Purchasing control standard review for the new draft version, new Global SOP for supplier management
- Support related global supplier quality projects: Supplier maturity projects
- Core team on pilot project Squids: Supplier quality metrics (calculate supplier quality metrics from CQSS and Link into the current quality systems (TW, TV, etc.)
- Project Lighthouse: Transportation control tower management
- Lead and coordinate for any new projects impacted CQSS of AP. Ensure the flawless execution within the high level of compliance requirements

Compliance and Quality Systems:

- Executes activities to sustain compliance within the scope function of CQSS within the region including participating in and supporting CQ for coordination supplier audit for cross segment DC, CQSS and Support CQ on internal audit program, management of notified body audits (i.e. BSI audit for ISO 9001), external audit support (DEA, TSA, FDA), JJRC audits and supplier audits.
- CQSS Owner for the region Approved Supplier List, performing gap/ impact assessments for enterprise and cross segment, and global CQSS related procedural changes as they relate to cross segment supplier management and operation
- Leading Quality for Supplier Quarterly Business Report
- Subject Matter Expert on: Pallet Management, Handling Storage and Distribution and also Material/ Product Control including quality expert support for SAP Quality Management

**Qualifications**:

- Master/Bachelor's degree in Quality Pharmacy, engineering, or a scientific discipline
- 5 years in a regulated industry, ideally Health Care sector (Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical industry)
- Experience in positions of increasing responsibility supporting large, multi-site, regional organisations, with broadly based quality management experience. Experiences with the regional demands of the role specifically: multi-cultural / multi-country locations and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP Regulations, Standard Procedures and other Quality Systems and cross-sector guidelines.
