As a Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for driving collaboration, expanding our network, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Tasks

**1\. Identify and Cultivate Partnerships**:

- Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and align partnership strategies with organizational goals.
- Proactively identify potential partners, including but not limited to industry associations, educational institutions, and other recruitment-related organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.

**2\. Negotiation and Contracting**:

- Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Draft, review, and finalize partnership contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance with company policies.

**3\. Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track and report on the performance of partnerships, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.interviews

**4\. Others**: Assigned by Team Leader

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. From a top university is a must
- At least 1 year experience in partnership development, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry. Experience in 360 Recruitment is acceptable
- Strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluent in English is a must.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
