Goal
- Enrich the client’s database to achieve allocated revenue and business goal
- Maintain the current relationship with existing clients, therefore develop a better network among clients
- Build up new channels including bankers, insurance advisers, real estate agents, etc. to achieve stable referrals for the business
- Be able to provide suitable products for clients including visas, properties, business, and other related services

**Responsibilities**:
Sale
- Cold call to potential clients - listed provided through marketing campaign (such as through Facebook and Google marketing campaign) or other sources
- Invite clients to come to the office to meet face to face or meet in the coffee shop to understand more about the client’s situation
- Develop and maintain good relations with clients
- Consult appropriate services/products for new and existing clients, and provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Provide the written plan for clients to ensure they are fully understanding the program, therefore, they will choose the suitable products
- Follow up with clients regarding their options and opportunity to choose us as an appointed agent
- Enrich new sales leads, opportunities, and referral sources through the personal network and develop a client database through networking such as joining trade expos, commercial trade events, etc.
- Recruit and connect to other partners to corporate and develop the client’s database
- Understand and keep updated information about the market’s competitors

Administration
- Coordinate with relevant 3rd parties company to help with client’s documents including translation company, valuation company, audit company, etc
- Implement other activities of the company under the direction of Office Managers
- Assist the tasks/projects upon request
- Assist allocated clients to prepare documents (if required)

Reports to
- Director of AMRC Vietnam
- Office Manager (dotted line)

Commission
- Base salary: 9,000,000 VND - 12,000,000 VND
- Commission per sales contract

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Preferably 1-2 years of visa and immigration experience in a similar position
- Experience in wealth management; financial services; insurance or consulting space is an advantage
- Ability to develop connections through personal contacts & events
- Highly presentable, energetic, and independent individual with strong ability to network
- Good command of English and Vietnamese
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring excellent service
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
