**Mô tả công việc**:
- Responsible the Sales target set for the business.
- Follow up project from beginning to closing sales, payment collection.
- Establish and develop a close relationship with the developers, architect, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
- Meet and work with Architect on product presentation/ technical recommendation and specification.
- Prepares and presents quotation/ tender and acquires customer orders.
- Involved in Sales strategy & sales planning, sales forecast, implement marketing plans and sales activities. Identifying new opportunities for business & growth.
- Support and implement company sales and marketing programs, and product introductions.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Experience: 2 year
- Knowledge about constructions fields can be an advantage.
- Good network in Building and Construction Industry is preferable.
- Fluent English
- Good presentation & communication skills.
- Ability to work actively and independently.
- Working full day: 8.00a.m - 5.00p.m from Monday to Saturday morning.
