**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Build a pipeline and customer account for short term (low hanging) and mid term
- Promote recuring business model with customer
- Develop Business Expansion and go to market strategy for assigned countries and region together with the sales.
- Support regional sales and business development to plan the implementation of business expansion for sustainable growth through maximizing recuring business.
- Introduce new customer in key focus area. Drive pipeline growth through integrated promotional activities with the support from regional and global team
- Support Service Promotion to promote the services
- Understand customer needs and strategies the approach in agile manner for faster return and revenue generation.
- Understand the decision maker, winning price and competition. And position services to win the competition
- Conduct discovery workshop with support from global team
- Build relationship with end user, business partner such as SI/Supplier
- Involve on technical and commercial Proposal to identify the scope, risk, T&C and pricing with the support from proposal/bid team.
- Drive cross selling business with External as well as the company's Business Partner. He/She will manage key information exchange between the company and IT partners on sales and business update and vice versa.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Essential Skill**
- Strong Customer network and decision maker C level for Key focus area
- Strong experience on incremental type of business especially for AIoT and Asset Management and OT Industries
- Strong partner network to support turnkey delivery. The partner will support through pre-sales and delivery
- Strong Recuring Business Experience e.g SaaS including the pricing approach, market benchmark and growth model
- Strong Partner network to support pre-sales and delivery
- Proven experience in stakeholder management in multinational team across diverse background, cultures and time zones
- Savvy communicator with negotiating skills, able to present and influence customer fluently.
- Demonstrated experience with the entire Business Management Lifecycle (engagement of stakeholders, multiple team environment, top down and bottom up, deal breaker
- Highly multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learning agility.
- Ability to thrive on fast-paced and agile environment.
- Excellent presentation skill and customer centric
