The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.- Understand the ins and outs of Shopee Ads functionality (Shopee’s internal keyword advertising platform, similar to Google and Facebook Ads).
- Develop and plan advertising strategies on Shopee Ads platform with different marketing objectives (such as awareness, engagement, sales) to drive business results.
- Deliver media proposals and ads recommendations to brands that are consistently backed up with product insights, historical data & on-site Ads strategy, including budget allocation, ads type & keyword selection.
- Liaise with Shopee’s sellers or Brand Owners to develop media buying results, build relationships and plan for upcoming promotions / campaigns and future direction with Shopee Ads.
- Monitor, investigate and resolve operational queries from brands & internal teams, including campaign execution, ads optimization & performance reporting.
- Deliver consultation to sellers regarding ad performance, improve seller engagement and extract insights to improve service through the process.
- Own ad-hoc projects as part of service improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in an advertising platform or performance marketing is a plus
- Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
- Critical thinking and Logical reasoning
- Good time management skill
- Self-motivated and can work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (proficiency in Excel is preferred)
