The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external strategic partners, to enhance businsess opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Understanding of big picture and minute details of project/functions, understand where team's performance is and clear idea on the road ahead for the team.
- Delegate and distribute tasks or responsibilities with clear direction and guidance.
- Monitor progress by maintaining dialogue on work and results and intervene as needed to remove obstacles.
- Build morale of the team and be able to motivate them towards achievement of goal. Team leadership by building and leading a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training and support to achieve individual and one team’s target.
- Assign effective KPIs, plans clear and systematic approaches. Take steps to improve team's satisfaction.
- Accountable for the planning and execution of lead generation practices by the Business Development team.
- Responsible for revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain constructive business relationships with clients.
- Lead structured improvement activities to deliver efficiencies and process improvements across the department.
- Market expansion: Identify and explore the new market segments, channels, and opportunities to expand the company’s foodprint and increase market penetration.
- Report directly to Enterprise Ho Chi Minh Manager, working closely with Business Development Managers to manage target outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year - magement experience at the same position, leading and inspiring sales team while driving measurable business outcomes.
- At least 1 year - experience at Food and Beverage area, extensive experience in account management/client services roles.
- Strong understanding of Ecomerce/ Instant Food Delivery industry knowledge.
- English (both verbally & written) fluency is a must.
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Result oriented and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Execellent communication and negotiation skills.
