Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Lead to drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our B2B enterprise edtech SaaS platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing and business goals.
- Lead the development of product messaging, positioning, and collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products to target audiences.
- Manage and execute product marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and events.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that product marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall sales and marketing strategy.
- Lead the creation of all product assets to assist sales and account managers with sales efforts
- Analyze marketing data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry analysts.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the B2B enterprise edtech SaaS market and identify new opportunities to generate leads and drive revenue.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Website traffic: Increase organic website traffic
- Lead generation: Generate 50-60 qualified leads per month
- Sales pipeline: Increase qualified leads in the sales pipeline (SQLs)
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC): Optimize CAC and payback period to ensure sustainable and profitable growth

Qualifications:

- 5-7+ years of experience in startup/early stage product marketing, preferably in the B2B enterprise SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of success in generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the B2B enterprise edtech SaaS market and its target audiences.
- Expertise in developing and executing product marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an eye for design.
