**Salary**: Competitive (budget aligned with the regional market for similar roles, e.g., Manager roles: 35-45M VND/month)

As our **Digital Marketing Lead**, you’ll play a key role in shaping the marketing strategies for these groundbreaking software products, driving brand visibility, and engaging with global audiences. You will work directly with the CEO to develop marketing initiatives that reflect our product's value and capabilities, contributing to our long-term success.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Content Creation (30%)**: Develop and manage compelling content, including graphics and videos, showcasing our software products’ features and benefits to global markets.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (25%)**: Implement organic SEO strategies to enhance the visibility of our software products in search engines, driving relevant traffic to product websites and landing pages.
- **Website Management (15%)**: Build, optimize, and manage websites for our software products, ensuring a seamless user experience and integration with marketing campaigns.
- **Social Media Management (15%)**: Execute and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and educate audiences on our software products.
- **Strategy, Analytics, Administration & Delivery (10%)**: Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies, focusing on tracking the performance of our product-related campaigns, analyzing data, and refining approaches for maximum impact.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Experience**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
Prior experience in the IT or software outsourcing industry is mandatory.
- **Skill Set**:

- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Marketing Platforms, and social media advertising.
- Excellent understanding of digital tools and techniques for performance-based marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- **Leadership**:
A proactive and dynamic leader capable of inspiring and motivating the team to achieve goals.
- **Language Proficiency**:
Fluent in English for effective communication with international and local teams.
