The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Work with Business Development and Marketing teams to develop online merchandising and promotion plan to achieve sales targets.
- Produce campaign mechanic / micro-site layout to optimize customer experience and maximize sales potential based on various factors i.e. analyzing and identifying best-selling SKUs (price points, models, colors or styles)
- Work with Graphic Design Team for all material of micro-site/ landing page layout.
- Analyze past campaign performance and continuously generate reports on current and future campaigns. Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data: Deals Tracker, Sales Data, Traffic, Conversion Rate etc.
- Manage all activities and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver a successful campaign
- Assign task for subordinates and provide supportive supervision to ensure effective output and balance team workload while meeting tight deadlines
- Identify and implement process improvements and opportunities for innovation in merchandising and sales of social key account management sellers.
- Monitor and report projects’ performance, convert raw data into table and charts, deep dive into different data aspects to further understand, find out areas for improvement and adjust accordingly
- Actively identify key areas for innovation and optimize team working processes
- Co-ordinate Merchandise internal activities
- Communicate with various functions to keep track and facilitate teams’ activities
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line managers
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year experience in related function, experience in E-commerce and Marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
- High levels of creativity and details orientation
- Data-driven, Good Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skill
- High sense of responsibility, be nimble, agile, and able to quickly adapt to changes, work under high pressure.
- Good communication and organization skills to work across functional teams
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing/campaign strategies, channels, and branding is a plus
- Ability in design tools (Photoshop, Ai,...) is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese is a plus
