**What Would You Do**:

- Create engaging content (e.g., newsletters, articles, videos) to keep employees informed about company news, updates, policies, and initiatives.
- Manage internal communication channels to facilitate information sharing, collaboration, and employee feedback.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and events that promote a sense of community, belonging, and recognition.
- Conduct surveys and focus groups to understand employee needs and concerns and recommend improvements to communication and engagement strategies.
- Partner with other departments to develop and implement initiatives that align with company goals and employee well-being.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement and internal communication.

**To Excel In This Role, You Should Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, PR or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications or a relevant field;
- Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and implement creative communication strategies.
- Experience with project management and a strong understanding of communication channels and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and solution-driven.
