  • Strong vision for HR and people strategies with a focus on growth, critical thinking, and challenging the status quo.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR management.
