Working place: District 4, HCMC.

**About the role**:

- This role will provide presales consultancy and acting as a trusted advisor for company’s Cyber Security Business, to cover Security Solution in the Vietnam market.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team.
- Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement for prospective to ensure the technical win.
- Participate in sales calls and on-site visits to explore partners/customer requirements and to explain and articulate the value proposition of the Axoft’s Security solutions including features, technical architecture, and integration with existing partners/customer infrastructure.
- Conduct and lead partners/customer onsite solution evaluation (including Proof-of-Concepts)
- Provide first level technical support for solution evaluations.
- Prepare functional requirements, functional specifications and provide assistance in Project’s statement-of-work documents in support of system quotations
- Own and maintain the technical relationship with Axoft partners and Vendors.
- To perform technical field consultancy services of Cyber security products portfolio.
- Take part in providing Training for partners (mostly will be handled by vendors).
- Very high conformity working with sales teams.

**Profile requirements**:

- At least 3 year experience in the same role, or more than 4 year in SI industry
- Professional experience as part of an enterprise company, including hands-on field sales support, security consulting, pre-sales engineer or similar experience
- Experienced with one or more with areas; **Threat Detection and Response, SIEM solutions, Antivirus, DLP, Network Security, Backup** is must.
- Ability to successfully navigate and relate to varying levels of functional and technical personnel at customer sites
- To intervene in the technical problems that may arise in the related security solutions and / or to provide the necessary coordination with the producer,
- CISSP or similar certification is preferred.
- Contribute to the technical & competence development of employees by providing information transfer to internal teams.
- English: business communication skill
