Develop and maintain customer/stakeholder relationships to promote business.
- Implement account plans for strategic customers and partners.
- Manage and follow up with existing customers to build a continuous opportunity pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and maximize revenue.
- Promote contract signing, negotiate agreements, and implement contract procedures.
- Manage and report on the health of customer accounts.
- Achieve yearly targets as agreed with managers.
- Lead and manage the sales and SDR team.
- Articulate value propositions for cloud services and customer adoption.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Understand customer organizational structures and decision-making hierarchies.
- Make executive pitches and presentations.
- Collaborate with presale and tech teams to analyze and clarify customer objectives and requirements.
- Monthly measurement of performance by KPIs.
- Manage account relationships and effective account mapping.

- 2+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development position in IT outsourcing - Excellent English skills - Proactive and aggressive to archive sales target - Good problem solving skill, negotiation skill, presentation skill - Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence - Maintain company ethics code and standards of professionalism with highly honest characteristics. - Ability to conduct business and operate at several levels within an organization and in varied cultural, social settings.
