Job Function: Software & Cloud Services The role:
As a Senior Project Manager, will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

- Planning, organizing, managing, controlling, and presenting all aspects of projects to meet time, cost, and quality thresholds.
- Facilitating the development of project artefacts and documentation in collaboration with the project team.
- Identifying project resource requirements and working Project Resource Scheduler to construct project teams.
- Leading regular core team meetings to review risks, issues, and supervise project health and progress.
- Crafting and distributing regular Project Status Reports.
- Managing and controlling costs to ensure financially balanced projects.
- Managing large-sized projects and supporting Delivery Leads in customer engagements.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities within current projects, supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment.
- Providing training to team members and assisting with their professional development.
- Achieving operational objectives by giving information, preparing and completing action plans, and implementing efficiency, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Leading and supporting the project team on all live projects.
- Ensuring performance of the teams and adherence to client and organizational frameworks.
- Directly managing multiple projects within a Service Practice.
- Managing senior-level client delivery relationships and resolving conflicts.
- Sharing knowledge within the SoftwareOne PMO community and ensuring team members support knowledge sharing and reuse requirements.
- Working with Delivery Leads on project risk management and delivery.
- Collaborating with Solution Sales on presales activities and finalizing scopes.
- Promoting SoftwareOne services to practice leads/country managers when required.
- Participating in upselling and presales activities where appropriate opportunities arise.
- Supporting project reporting activities and completing all processes as part of project delivery in supporting systems such as PSA or equivalent experience.
- Providing support, advice, and mentorship to other Project Managers or Project Team members.

Strong knowledge in implementing complex IT solutions.

Experience in a consulting environment.

Experience with project financial accounting.

Proven ability to sell solutions to business decision-makers.

Experience in setting organizational goals and implementing action plans.

Experience in developing outstanding methods to enhance operations and build opportunities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PSA, ServiceNow, or any CRM tools.

Advanced project management, organisational change, and leadership skills.

**Proven Experience**:Over 8 years in a Project Management role.**:
Holding a PMP/Prince 2 Practitioner/Agile PM/SCRUM or relevant certification.
