**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with Vietnamese-speaking customers via chat to address their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services, including features, pricing, and technical specifications.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support, to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and best practices to enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:

- Native proficiency in Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with English-speaking colleagues and customers.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and efficiency.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Salary**: Up to 24,758,123₫ per month
