- Payroll:_
- Update leave report, payroll, social insurance monthly
- Collect documents of dependents & follow registering status
- Prepare Labor Contract, Annex Labor Contract
- Support salary benchmark and half-year salary review
- PIT:_
- Support and prepare documents for yearly PIT Finalization
- Instruct and answer all queries related to PIT issues
- Manage quarterly PIT return
- SMUI:_
- Support and prepare documents, checking C12 for SMUI to reconcile quarterly
- Instruct and answer all queries related to SMUI issues
- Check and support closing Social Insurance for resigned employees
- Other C&B tasks:_
- Health insurance registration
- Prepare documents as State Agencies, Audit Companies’ request
- Annual health check-up
- Support memo, contract and documents signing (related to Payroll outsourcing vendors)
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as per request
- Admin:_
- Handle stationary supply, water supply and other vendors/suppliers (if any)
- Collaborate with Cho Tot’s OD team for parking registration
- Handle hotel, flight and travel insurance booking as per request
- Handle mailing/shipping and other logistics request
- Support in contract and documents signing of Rebonics Team
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as per request
- Engagement:_
- Coordinate with Cho Tot's OD team to organize and facilitate engagement events for the team
- Make the engagement surveys or polls to collect employees' opinions
- Evaluate the company's culture and climate to propose if any changes need to be made in order to improve employee satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree preferred
- 1-2 years of working experience in HR General/Admin or C&B
- Knowledge of PIT, SMUI, Labor Law
- Great time management and expectation handling skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Great eyes for details
- Good team player
- English proficiency
