**Human Resource**:

- Act as contact point between local office and HQ to ensure that staff understand the group direction, company strategy, department structure and operations to perform the best to their success
- Partner with business leadership team to ensure professional HR service delivery and drive people agenda to ensure people stay engaged, motivated and committed to contribute to the growth of the company
- Manage the entire spectrum of HR functions across the business including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement
- Formulate and implement HR practices, policies & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
- Create learning and development programs and providing internal development opportunities for employees
- Work with Head of Department regarding Competency Framework, Manpower Planning & Annual Budget to ensure this is aligned with business plan, and ensure department is resourceful to function
- Responsible of conducting and managing performance management system
- Responsible of employees relations related to performance improvement plan, employee disciplinary, act as contact point to address employee issues and concerns
- Support the HRIS team on implementation related activities: administrative support and processing testing
- Cultivate a work environment that attracting and maintaining a diverse & highly motivated staff

**Admin/Office Management**:

- Ensure the office renovation is carried out planning and execution of office layouts and budget
- Ensure daily smooth running of all administrative functions in the country office
- Monitor and be compliant with policies for procuring materials and services
- Admin budget: approve and manage the admin cost, office monthly payment, purchase budget as well as suggest, plan to buy or renew the office equipment/ devices
- Company engagement event & regular events
- Take good care of expat related matters: accommodation, transportation, visa and permits
- Coordinate with IT partners to ensure smooth operation of overall IT

**Requirements**:

- University degree qualification with at least 5 years of solid HR experience
- Preferably with relevant experience starting up a new team to support the business
- Well versed in local labour legislation
- Willing to be hands-on and operationally involved
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, and work with extremely tight timelines
- Sharp-minded with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of English language
