JOB SUMMARY:
This position will work closely with other key leaders and the management team to ensure HR effectiveness and maintain a positive culture while leading and promoting HR initiatives and programs that align with the company's goals and values. Additionally, to be responsible for the administrative and operational support of the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work on various HR & Admin Department functional areas including but not limited to Recruitment, C&B, Employee relations and Admin.

Monitor and ensure all assignments are carried out exactly, successfully, and effectively.

Plan, organize and work proactively to meet requirements.

Work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role.

Clearly understand and implement departmental policies and procedures.

Keep information about the Department and the company confidential.

Solve the problem by collecting and analyzing information/data; recommend good actions/ solutions.

Have the ability to counsel or provide solutions to the Board of Management or to tackle issues.

Manage, supervise and evaluate team members assigned.

Weekly and/or on-demand report to superior.

Follow the organization’s processes, policies and regulations.

SKILL & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in the related field.

Have working experience in HR areas with at least 5-year experience.

Have at least 2 years of management experience.

Good communication in English and Vietnamese.

Good logical thinking, communication, creativity and solving problem skills

Have the ability to work effectively on multi-tasking and challenging environment.

Highly responsible at work, proactive, self-organized, and good teamwork spirit.

Graduated from Human resources major.

Have working experience in IT/software industry.
