DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive enhancement projects in Seller Fulfillment, including:

- Be able to detect our operational problems and then drive solutions to solve them
- Be able to work with other departments such as BI, Logistics, CS, Product, and other functions to understand operational pain points.
- Drive projects to optimize our policies, daily activities, and SOP to bring better fulfillment experience to our sellers
- Develop reports/ proposals to Management

Core Competencies:
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or business/management consulting is a plus
- Can run fast
- Strong project management: Actively and effectively manage the timeline and stakeholders to ensure projects moving as planned
- Self-drive: Independently think and work with limited guidance/supervision
- Strong in Problem-Solving and data analysis
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

- 3+ years of working experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluency in English
- Experience in E-commerce industries (Lazada or Tiki; Ecom Enablers, or Logistics Providers) or business/management consulting
- Experience in leading people and teams
