**Introduction**:
The Platform Operations team is responsible for managing processes from seller onboarding & listing to seller operations. Seller and Product Quality Control team manage product quality to ensure the best customer experience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage Seller and Product Quality Control team
- Verify, control sellers and listings quality through their documents, content, and customer reviews
- Be responsible for the communication chain in terms of policy changes and escalation from internal and external teams.
- Reviewing current policies and operating procedures, optimize processes to improve seller experiences
- Develop data-driven reports to improve overall seller operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and policies related to overall platform’s listing quality control

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experiences in E-commerce, knowledge in operations (seller onboarding & listing) are preferred
- Knowledge of seller‘s business and product quality documents
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and derive actionable insights
- Proactive mindset with a focus on tracking project progress, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, fostering positive relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
