The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Define, implement and execute business development growth strategy for Vietnam Cross Border Business (including Seller Programs, Sales Growth, New Business etc.).
- Initiate and spearhead internal projects/initiatives to optimize existing practices.
- Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and analyze data, and present findings and strategic recommendations to facilitate senior leadership decision making.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis and have a deep understanding of overseas market landscape, user behaviours, and plan the most effective solution/innovative strategy for business growth.
- Help bridge the gap between regional teams and local teams.
- Work closely with cross functional teams in both local and regional scope (including Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Finance) to develop new business opportunities and implement seller growth initiatives.
- Design and execute seller programs, initiatives, and order growth strategies to drive oversea business impact with both local and regional stakeholders.
- Define, implement and execute business development growth projects for Cross Border sellers in Vietnam (including Seller Programs, Warehouse, Operations, Marketing etc.)

- Drive Cross Border related initiatives for business growth

- Conduct deep-dive analysis and have a deep understanding of market landscape, user behaviours, and plan the most effective solution/innovative strategy for business growth
- Help bridge the gap between the various seller offices, the regional teams, and local teams

**Requirements**:

- Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above, smart and fast learning
- 2-3 years of working experience in internet / E-commerce or consulting experiences will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data, detail-oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skill in English in Vietnamese
- Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
- Work well with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment
- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
- Basic competency in Excel and PowerPoint software for presentations and analysis
