Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

**About the Team**:

- The Seller Technical Solutions team is dedicated to making the selling journey of sellers on the Shopee platform as smooth and positive as possible. To achieve this, the team studies and strives to understand what, why, and how sellers are doing and stay at the seller’s point of view to think through their problem & map with what the platform tech is serving, especially in Listing/Seller daily operation angles. In doing so, the team suggests improvement to provide a self-help and fair platform to Sellers. All to ensure customer satisfaction of both sellers and buyers on Shopee is the ultimate shopping experience- Be in charge of building up/optimizing Seller Chat Bot performance & Manpower management
- Feature performance controls
- Proactively observe & coordinate with other internal teams to identify business operation problems of struggling sellers/buyer demands, investigate to find out the root causes, and propose solutions;
- Market research/ benchmarking analysis to evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions;
- Lead end-to-end project implementation through collaboration with multiple stakeholders;
- Plan out project plans, timelines, and dependencies
- Conduct necessary analysis to drive and optimize projects;
- Coordinate implementation and drive actions across relevant stakeholders
- Monitor project effectiveness and performance to deliver project results
- Closely monitor manpower performance & propose tactics/strategies to optimize fulfillment & productivity
- Assist team leader in other tasks assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably experience in Tech/or e-commerce companies. Project management, Tech/business consultant is a plus;
- Strong analytical abilities to convert data into coherent insights and narratives, and ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
- Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Strong Project management, and attention to detail. Proactively engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good team management skills
