The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Develop an understanding of seller investment on the Platform and on e-commerce and market benchmark.
- Identify revenue opportunities and the implementation of improvement initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations and tasks of the defined initiatives.
- Lead the effort to communicate state of the business to high-level management regularly with the purpose of enabling investment opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in industry or relevant experience in Business Analytics or Business Consultant role with proven business impact.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the investment strategy.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can-do attitude.
- Critical thinking, multitasking & creative thinking & problem solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders.
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Be able to manipulate and draw insights from large data set.
- Be able to define room to grow in terms of investment
