**Position: Senior Strategic Planner**

Through the diversification of services, you will have opportunities to work on strategic plans stretched from web2 traditional brands to web3 brands (p2e, NFT,)

**B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**For client**:

- Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply
- Examine clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their marketing objectives
- conduct research (including both primary and secondary research) to gather data to understand the market trends, competitors, consumer insights
- Set up and build up strategic approach/rationale and communication direction for planning team to develop marketing proposals that meet client’s requirements and budget
- Maximise the use of Creatory’s available resources (such as: KOLs, virtual KOLs, virtual production, metaverse, etc.) to leverage communication strategy for clients
- Leverage and strategically use digital platforms such as Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Discord,etcto convey brand message
- Work with creatives and accounts to deploy the detailed execution plan
- Join pitching with persuasive storytelling
- Modify plan based on client's feedback and request
- Follow up execution phase to make sure the plan is carried out smoothly and adjust execution plan to adapt the market trends or reality if necessary
- Coordinate and quality check the proposals from freelance planner if any

**For internal**_:_**
- Guide and conduct internal training in mine data, research, industry knowledge, critical & strategic thinking
- Research and produce/collect reports of market trends, consumer behaviour, industry knowledge to develop strategy team or for internal use
- Research and give strategic direction to consult other teams for internal projects such as: roadmap and awareness campaign of exclusive KOLs, sales campaign for exclusive KOL's merchandise, etc.
- Perform other tasks as requested by Line Manager

**C, YOUR PROFILE**
- **At least 3-4 years of experience** in a similar role in an advertising environment.
- Experience mining for and examining research data from multiple sources including primary and secondary research (data monitors, reports, etc.) and crafting thoughtful research reviews to be used for planning to develop insights, strategies and ideas.
- Proven track record in developing strategic digital marketing plans.
- A channel leader who deeply understands today’s media ecosystem and makes clear recommendations on how to get the best out of each.
- Demonstrated track record of bringing insight, strategy and ideas generation to new business pitches
- Ability to look at both the big picture and details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external people
- Be practical and down-to-earth to offer feasible solutions for both clients and internal teams.
- Willing to go further to gain a high proposal winning rate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in** English and Vietnamese.**
