Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- This role is integral to the effective operations of SPX, ensuring the overall seller experience with SPX Express, particularly within the SME segmentation. As a SME & Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading teams, solving complex problems, and managing projects to ensure operational excellence.**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive projects focused on enhancing seller performance across Shopee & SPX platforms, leveraging strategic insights and analytical expertise.
- Define clear goals and KPIs, aligning team efforts with organizational objectives to achieve impactful results.
- Serve as the key contact point for new projects from Regional teams and upper management, leading, initiating, managing timelines, and engaging stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes and optimize seller support effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and address challenges in seller support operations, implementing innovative solutions to drive positive outcomes.
- Develop insightful reporting mechanisms to guide data-driven decision-making and strategic planning processes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 3+ years in Key Accounts, Relationship Management, Sales/After-sales Operation Management, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of seller dynamics and market trends.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, management, communication, and planning skills, with a proven track record of driving team performance and success.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Strong command of English (both speaking and writing) is required, as this role involves collaborating with Regional teams and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
