Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- As a Seller Support Analyst, your primary role is to assist your line manager in monitoring the overall performance of the Seller support team and providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement projects. Your main responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- 1/ Performance Continuous Improvement (80%):
- Conducting data analysis to generate insights for routine operations, key projects, and automating daily reports.
- Translating data into valuable insights and presenting results and recommendations.
- Monitoring performance, conducting deep dives, and proposing improvements.
- Regularly reviewing and analyzing key metrics to develop reports, drive continual optimization, and enhance Seller performance efficiency.
- 2/ Reporting & project management: (20%)- Creating and designing presentations to update upper management on project status and performance, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the line manager.

**Requirements**:

- To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Attention to detail, strong data analysis skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Familiarity with technical tools such as SQL/Python is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in data-driven project management and implementation is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in any positions related to Data Analysis, Project Management, and Coordination; experience in e-commerce logistics is a plus.
- Desire to learn and understand how the world works.
