Customer Experience Lead

The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Customer Experience Management:
- Develop comprehensive listening points in the customer journey, define varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of customer experience
- Root cause and identify customer issues and build effective long-term solutions
- Leverage customer insights to cooperate closely with multiples departments to initiate and implement projects to enhance customer experience
- Continually review and evolve the collection of processes used to track, oversee, organize, and handle every interaction between the customer and company throughout the lifecycle
User Communication & UX Writing:
- Oversee performance of all external communication regarding company announcements, policy updates, feature releases, and content for Application interfaces to deliver business/product messages to end-users & ensure consistency, easy understanding, and in line with the goals of the business
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to develop the best communication strategy for customer experience & business goal
- Solid understanding of customer insights & journey to drive communication excellence, increase user engagement & user loyalty
- Assist Line Manager in other tasks assigned
**Requirements**:
- 3 year+ experience in customer experience or operation management, e-commerce is preferred
- Strong sense of business and ability to improve the team through a clear business view
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make a judgment based on logical reasons
- Proficiency in communications management, with a track record of producing concise and accessible communication products
- Experience in managing and updating content across media platforms, including traditional and social media outlets
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed, result-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for goal achievement
