Our client is the leading company in Southeast Asia in producing fresh food products who is searching for qualified talent to join their firm:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and business development plans to expand the market presence.
- Identify new sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Establish pricing strategies and policies for products, considering market dynamics, competition, and profitability targets. Lead contract negotiations with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining a win-win relationship.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify market opportunities and potential threats. Develop market forecasts, demand projections, and pricing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers. Monitor inventory levels, production capacity, and distribution channels to optimize supply chain operations and meet customer demand
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and branding strategies for products.
- Collaborate on product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to drive sales excellence and achieve business targets. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and profitability metrics. Conduct financial analysis to evaluate commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending actionable insights.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelors or masters degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- At least 8+ years of work experience
- Extensive experience in commercial role, is essential. Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial capacity is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, including market dynamics, pricing trends, customer needs, and regulatory considerations, is crucial.
- Understanding the production process, quality standards, and supply chain requirements specific to products is highly valuable.
- Strong sales and business development skills are necessary to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies, managing large customer accounts, and driving business expansion.
- Strong financial acumen is essential to analyze pricing models, assess profitability, and evaluate the financial impact of commercial decisions.
