Responsibilities:

  • Advising and assisting the General Director in developing export strategies and business plans to make the most of the EU and US markets.
  • Directly organize marketing and consumption of products and services in markets according to the Company's business plan.
  • Receive the plan of allotment of revenue, contract of expenses and plans of export policy of the Company; Develop the implementation plan, the plan to contract export revenue, contract worktrip allowances, and internal regulations on contract management, submit it to the General Director of the Company for approval and make it public.
  • Synthesize, analyze and evaluate the market situation and propose to the Company's leaders measures to increase market share as well as revenue in markets and regions.
  • Develop export plans for 2 factories My Xuan and Binh Duong, focusing on EU and US markets.
  • Planning important activities in foreign countries such as organizing fairs, exhibitions, customer conferences.
  • Select and deal with reputable units and service providers of goods for effective export.
  • On behalf of the company's leaders to handle customer complaints. Complaints beyond the capabilities must be promptly reported to the Company's leaders.
  • Coordinate with RND, production units to develop new models to meet the order needs of export customers.
  • Implement the regime of reporting to the General Director of the Company on a daily and quarterly basis under the direction of the General Director of the company.
  • Timely and fully implement the decisions of the Board of Directors. Absolutely loyal to the interests of the Company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and directed by the General Director of the Company.

Experience requirements:

  • Having knowledge and experience in the assigned field of work, indepth understanding of the professional field they are undertaking, having sufficient capacity and health to meet the requirements of the assigned task.
  • Having knowledge and understanding about production and business organization, market economy, corporate governance, function and utility of each type of product.
  • Knowledge of product quality standards, sales policies, selling prices, freight and means of transport, production capacity of the factory.
  • Ability to diplomacy, organize and expand markets, and manage sales; Professional understanding, EU and US markets; Support sales distributors or direct sales organizations and independently solve arising problems in the market.
  • Able to work under pressure and intensity.
  • Ability to communicate, persuade customers, negotiate and draft commercial contracts, draft documents in English.
  • Proficient in foreign trade & international payment, capable of economic analysis.

Education requirements:

  • University graduate or above.
