RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Seeking for new customers.
  • Updating market price, forwarding & logistics field's condition, domestics & international business issues as well as market trend and report to Japanese General Director.
  • Prepare needed document for customers: quotation, service contract,
  • Taking care of existing customers and visiting customers regularly to protect company's business by complying policies and regulations.
  • Cooperating with other departments to have best performance for company and meet not only sales targets but also company's overall goals.
  • Doing annual survey to customers to measure their satisfaction to company's service and handle complaints and trouble shooting from customers if any.
  • Making sales report to Japanese General Director weekly/monthly.
  • Other tasks assigned by Board of Director.
  • This position has no target, no incentive.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification/ Sales, Marketing skills:

  • At least 3 years working experience in Sales, Marketing of international logistics company with good knowledge about international trade and exporting market. (Especially have worked for several Japanese companies is better)
  • Must be fluent in writing & speaking English. Efficient communication through phone call in English;
  • Good communication, negotiation and marketing skills;
  • Having knowledge and update new custom laws and regulations;

Personal Requirements:

  • Age from years old.
  • High responsibility, being able to work under pressure;
  • Being serviceminded, careful, hardworking and positive thinking;
  • Honest, passionate, cheerful.
