  • Build the plans and strategies of Sales
  • Develop and implement shortterm and longterm strategies and plans for Sales department to ensure the company's revenue's
targets.

  • Synthesize, analyze, evaluate data, collect information from the market, competition and set sales goals to propose suitable
business strategies for each period.

  • Search, maintain and expand relationships with customers
  • Directly searching, expanding and increasing new sources of customers who need to use logistics service
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build a strong pipeline of business opportunities. Collaborate with
marketing department to promote company's brand name and approach news customer's list

  • Manage and maintain the customer base; constantly enhance and improve customers' satisfaction.
  • Combine with CS Dept. to feedback & sovle customers' problems.
  • Internal management
  • Support, participate in the recruitment process of Sales staff
  • Develop training programs, direct training to ensure the quality of Sales staff, evaluate employee performance periodically.
  • Build and develop Sales process. Implement periodical evaluation of Sales processes and continuously improve innovation.
  • Develope goals and KPIs for Sales Department. Monitor sales performance using data analysis, track sales metrics, and provide
regular reports to senior management to identify market trends, sales opportunities, and potential challenges.

  • Supervise the activities of Sales team and ensure motivation to achieve sales targets
  • Propose to reward/reprimand/discipline Sales staff base on casebycase.
  • Plan of Sales team's activities & organize the implementation. Report periodically as required by BOD
Make decisions within the internal Sales department and propose BOD of the policies and solutions of Sales.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:

  • Graduated from universities majoring in Foreign Trade, Logistics, economics, business administration or other related majors.
  • Good knowledge of logistics or companies specializing in forwarder.
  • Good knowledge of transportation laws and regulations.
  • Good knowledge and experience of forwarding (sea freight, air freight), importexport, transportation, customs.

Working Experience:
years of experience or more in the position of Sales leader/manager in the freight forwarding or import-export industry;
overseas work experience is preferred.

  • Priority is given to strong experience of North America and Europe routes both sea/air.
  • Have a certain customer base;
  • Strong experience and network with airlines ;
  • Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred.
  • Good MS Office
