- Phối hợp với Phòng kế toán và kế hoạch sản xuất, lập báo cáo định mức sản xuất (BOM) cho hàng gia công để báo cáo Hải quan. Phối hợp với Phòng Kế toán, lập báo cáo quyết toán Nhập - Xuất - Tồn nguyên vật liệu và sản phẩm gia công để báo cáo cho cơ quan Hải quan.10. Công việc khác - Other works. Cập nhật các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật liên quan đến lĩnh vực mình đảm nhiệm (xuất nhập khẩu, CO ) và báo cáo Trưởng phòng hoặc cấp trên khi có sự thay đổi.Update legal documents related to fields undertake (import-export, Certificate of origin, ) and report to manager when have any change. Hỗ trợ các nhân viên khác giải quyết công việc khi họ quá bận hoặc có việc bận nghỉ Support other co-workers to solve problem when they are too busy or absent from office. Theo dõi Claim khách hàng, đánh giá thỏa mãn khách hàngFollowing buyer's claim to please buyer. Làm các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng và Ban giám đốc.Doing other tasks that follow to manager's request and Director.

IV. Yêu cầu/Requirement - Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực xuất nhập khẩu Have experience in import-export fields - Có kỹ năng xử lý nhanh, hiệu quả, chính xác, và chịu được áp lực trong công việc. Skill in fast, effective, accurate handling and resistant to high pressure at work. - Thành thạo tin học văn phòng. Using micosoft offices competently. - Tiếng anh: nghe, nói, đọc, viết. English: Listening, speaking, reading, writing. - Hiểu biết pháp luật, đặc biệt về lĩnh vực Hải quan (cập nhật các thông tư, nghị định, quy định liên quan tới xuất nhập khẩu) Aware of legal, especially in custom fields (update circulars, descrees, regulation related to import-export.

**Kĩ năng khác /Other skills - Kinh nghiệm: 4-5 năm/Experience: 4-5 years - Xử lý: nhanh, hiệu quả, chính xác trong công việc. Handle fast, effectively, accurately. - Tin học văn phòng: thành thạo Microsoft offices: competently Tiếng Anh: Level B / English: Level B. - Am hiểu luật, thuế về lĩnh vực xuất nhập khẩu Acknowlage of regulation, tax of import-export fields. - Trình độ: Đại học / Degree: University
