  • To monitor daily operations of department
  • Receive information from agent and instruct to related departments for
  • Monitor to be sure that all data related to the A/N, D/O/ Authorize letter and client details are correctly and timely issued and entered into UFS, daily booking records
  • Supervise staffs implementing SOPs' department, ISO requirement
  • To arrange suitable work shift for staffs
  • Be sure that daily jobs are handled and controlled properly
  • Monitor overtime working registration for staff in the division
  • Maintain a consistently high level of communication with all relevant parties
  • To solve all arising matters related to customers and staffs
  • Ensure the highest level of customer caring is offered to both internal and external customers at all times.
  • Ensure all division's activities operating smoothly at all times
  • To follow UFS data input timely and check data correctness
  • Weekly check data in UFS to minimum mistake during data key in, provide most correct P/L reports
  • Consult to Manager, manage how to control risk effectively

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Foreign Language/ Foreign Trade/ Finance or equivalent
  • Tertiary qualifications with relevant work experience or knowledge of forwarding, logistics industry processes and practices with a minimum of one (1) year experience in the same industry.
  • Knowledge of KWE's products and services.
  • Experience in using system for bookings, documentation, shipping document insurance, intranet.
  • Experience with all aspects of operation procedures.
  • Good Communication skills

  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
  • Good at Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, power point.) or related software.
  • Intermediate English skill (4 skills), additional language should be an advantage
  • Being able to work under high pressure.
