Cash and Trade Processing staff role is a position within Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Operations unit. VN TTS Operations key responsibility is payments execution for Citibank's corporate clients. Fund transfer transaction processing (domestic & cross border payments), Trade services & Trade finance transaction processing & Regulatory monitoring and reporting. The role requires intimate knowledge of processing platforms, payments products, Electronic Banking interfaces and SBV' regulatory requirements. It is critical that the incumbent possesses a mastery of processing systems and electronic banking interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • This position will have a responsibility of supporting operations process under Fund transfer transaction processing (domestic & cross border payments), Trade services & Trade finance transaction processing & Regulatory monitoring and reporting.
  • Responsible for executing the daytoday TTS ops' transaction processing activities.
  • Escalate for any identification of potential operational gaps. Ensure a pristine control environment and recommend processing improvement ideas
  • Ensure compliance with global and regional functional policies, procedures and programs relating to operations. Identification and implementation of control initiatives which add value and enhance performance.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Understand new technical and regulatory requirements
  • Proven teamwork skills
  • Having knowledge of TTS Products would be a distinct advantage.

  • Be demonstrably selfaware
  • Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Analytical skills and experience in process improvement/reengineering
  • Inclination to understand technology setup of the processing would be an added advantage

Education:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably major in Business, Finance, Operations Management
