  • Process payment for oil purchase by loan drawdown
  • Plan/Propose to HQ/Process payment to vendors for oil purchase by loan drawdown
  • Plan for bank repayment to ensure enough limit for next drawdown, repay loans on/beforedue date
  • Manage monthly bank interest
  • In charge of hedging/buy forward USD for oil shipments, which protect the company from risk of huge forex loss
  • In charge of placement of fixed deposit and deal with bank best interest rate monthly
  • Prepare weekly fund overview and propose on deposit, loan repayment
  • PIC on working with bank (HSBC, BKK, SCB )
  • Book AP invoice for local oil purchase together with its landed cost
  • Banks and loans
  • Log into Standard Chartered bank S2B exchange, retrieve forex data and send out to SG and commercial team daily
  • Analyse and follow up on the forex variation daily. Prepare analytical report on forex and notify HQ and commercial team to buy forward USD to avoid huge forex loss
  • Prepare and process yearly bank guarantee for VAS vendor
  • Management report involvement
  • Book, reverse accrual for bank interest
  • Assist on forecast, budget work with sale team on oil purchase plan. Prepare oil purchase data
  • RCS payment/Employee monthly petty cash claim Process payment for employee petty cash claim (RCS) on time and accurately on monthly basis
  • Processing RCS payment for sales & mkt team and Hanoi office staff
  • Assist, back up for processing payment for Sales support and settlement to Distributors on time and accurately (related to Sales & marketing)

  • VAT in put report
  • Compile AP oil purchase and RCS related tax invoices and create report for VAT input to submit end of month
  • Other tasks
  • Attend the stocktake 2 times per year
  • Bachelor degree in finance & accounting

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • At least 3 year experience in Finance field and auditing experiences is priority
  • Good at English communication, MS office and SAP software.
  • Have experience in preparing financial report
  • Experience in working at MNC Company, accounting department
