We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of Commercial Director.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in identifying new customers, approaching them strategically, and closing impactful deals.


Responsibilities:

Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Unlimit as a brand ambassador, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings.

Product Knowledge and Consumer Needs: Qualify, develop, and maintain in-depth knowledge of our company and products. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions can meet them.

Relationship Building: Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs and lifestyle of clients.

Lead Generation and Customer Service: Generate leads and commit to excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.

Adaptability and Feedback: Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field. Provide valuable feedback to the global team.

Market Research: Conduct incisive and insightful market and competitive research in alignment with Unlimit's global expansion plans.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with individuals and teams across Unlimit to ensure the best possible merchant experience and contribute to professional development.

Performance Goals: Meet sales projections, generate ongoing sales opportunities, and achieve company and individual KPI goals.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably from a payment service provider/acquirer or similar complex enterprise software, or merchant side.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Goal-oriented Attitude: Commercially driven individual with a goal-oriented attitude. Ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated track record of performance.

Network: Relevant business network in the region.
