**Head of Sales**

We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented leader to join our growing organization. As Head of Sales, you will have a passion for new business and be highly motivated to achieve the company’s objectives, exceed targets, while having a "can do" attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.

You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to develop and hold senior relationships with key decision-makers, ultimately enabling business growth, along with an understanding of and the ability to anticipate market trends.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Formulate and implement sales and business plan to achieve the business objectives for the company
- Drive sales, monitor, track, and review sales performance and take necessary actions to ensure goals are met
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and report to Headquarter
- Establish sales territories and manage sales distribution
- Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business
- Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements to meet customers’ satisfaction
- Manage risk through stringent credit assessment of customers
- Manage and develop a team of strong, responsive, and cohesive sales team
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and account managers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop and execute effective promotional and marketing campaigns
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable law

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, management, with proven track record of relevant accomplishments
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions
- Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects; experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From 300,000,000₫ per year
