**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 7 - 10 triệu VNĐ)

Tìm kiếm, chọn lọc và là đầu mối liên hệ, làm việc trực tiếp với các KOLs, KOC, Creator trên nền tảng Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook theo sự phân công và theo tiêu chí được hướng dẫn để hợp tác làm video Marketing về sản phẩm của Brand ACE NATURE

Cùng KOCs, KOLs tìm ý tưởng content phù hợp với yêu cầu và được hỗ trợ từ quản lý trực tiếp

Cùng KOC, KOL lên hợp đồng hoặc biên bản làm việc sau đó gửi lên cấp trên xét duyệt và tiến hành thực hiện theo các khoản của hợp đồng

Theo dõi nội dung, tiến độ thực hiện, thời gian, KPIs(nếu có) của dịch vụ

Tham gia/ support vào quá trình lên kịch bản, sản xuất video, air video

Nắm bắt, trao đổi kịp thời các vấn đề xảy ra để trao đổi, sửa chữa và xử lý kịp thời

Kết hợp cùng các phòng ban, bộ phận liên quan để hoàn thành công việc tốt nhất và hiệu quả nhất

Tham gia và các hoạt động chung của công ty, tham gia đào tạo về kiến thức, chuyên môn, kỹ năng,.....

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:
Mức lương: Lương cứng 7 - 10 triệu + phụ cấp + % doanh thu từ KOC ( Thu nhập 7-15 triệu /tháng)

Thời gian làm việc 8 giờ 30 - 17 giờ 30 từ thứ 2 đến hết sáng thứ 7 hàng tuần. Nghỉ chiều thứ 7 và ngày chủ nhật hàng tuần

Được hưởng phụ cấp ăn trưa, xăng xe đi lại, chuyên cần, liên hoan, sinh nhật, du lịch,.....

Review tăng lương 6 tháng/lần. Cơ hội phát triển và thăng tiến cao.

Được đào tạo chuyên môn trực tiếp từ trưởng bộ phận. Chương trình đào tạo kỹ năng nội bộ của Công ty.

Bảo hiểm, du lịch, phụ cấp ăn trưa, gửi xe miễn phí... theo cơ chế công ty.

Tham gia vào môi trường trẻ, năng động và sáng tạo.

Lương tháng thứ 13, nghỉ phép năm, thưởng Tết, thưởng nóng hiệu quả công việc, thưởng sinh Nhật,.....

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Là người chủ động, nhanh nhẹn, có khả năng giao tiếp tốt, năng động, sáng tạo, nhiệt tình, ham học hỏi, khả năng bắt trend tốt

Không yêu cầu giới tính - Độ tuổi từ 20 -25 tuổi

Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 6 tháng tại vị trí tương đương, đã từng làm công việc liên quan tới content marketing (có kinh nghiệm triển khai content video ngắn trên các nền tảng xã hội)

Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, có laptop làm việc.

Chăm chỉ, chủ động,cẩn thận trong công việc.

Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, theo nhóm. Có kiến thức về Marketing, Content Marketing và truyền thông là một lợi thế

Cầu tiến, phấn đấu trở thành lãnh đạo của team
