A typical day for our account executive
- Build up intensive knowledge about our services: animation and animation for the global market
- Research and examine new opportunities. Maintain good relationships with current clients and new prospects
- Manage client’s expectations, timelines, and payment of all ongoing projects
- Coordinating with the production team to provide client insights and ensure product quality
- Coordinating with the marketing team on required activities to help improve marketing approach (client reports, research, insights analysis). Providing the marketing team with market and customer insights to build effective marketing campaigns
- Maintaining lists of client databases, project records...etc.
- Other tasks under the requirements of the Account Manager or General Manager

The main challenge for this position:
- Finding the best way to understand quickly about our animation services
- Digging client needs and insights for the best consultation
- Sale-oriented, Developing networks and relationships that required a strong business sense
- Multitasking and being organized
How to overcome the challenges:
- Age: 23-28 (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience working as an Account Executive or similar roles is a plus.(such as Business Development Executive)
- Having a Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business management, or relevant at a foreign institution is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written in English since you will be working with international clients
- Willing-to-learn attitude
- Strong communication skills, has interests in communications, negotiations and build relationship
- Detailed-oriented and good organizational skills
- Flexible in work. Ability to work independently and collaboratives as a member of a team
- Being open-minded, result-driven, and self-motivated
