**Mô tả công việc**:

- Am hiểu performance marketing, conversion và digital marketing
- Xây dựng kế hoạch digital marketing (chủ yếu media) cho các khách hàng
- Triển khai, theo dõi, quản lý chiến dịch cho khách hàng
- Chủ động tối ưu chiến dịch theo mục tiêu của khách hàng
- Làm việc với các đối tác outsource bên ngoài để bảo đảm chất lượng chiến dịch
- Phân tích và đề xuất gia tăng hiệu quả chiến dịch
- Thực hiện các báo cáo chiến dịch.

- Lương + thưởng (thưởng dự án) theo target phòng
- Làm việc trong môi trường trẻ, năng động, có tính học hỏi cao
- Phát triển bản thân toàn diện và đầy đủ trong ngành digital marketing

- Tham gia các khóa huấn luyện, đào tạo về ngành

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học/ cao đẳng
- 1- 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò media ở các digital agency
- Chủ ý đến chi tiết và có khả năng quản lý công việc tốt
- Khả năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề
- Am hiểu và có kinh nghiệm triển khai các nền tảng quảng cáo (Google, Facebook, Adnetwork)
- Am hiểu về theo dõi hiệu quả chiến dịch
- Am hiểu các công cụ website analytics (Google Analytics)
- Đam mê ngành và công việc tại agency
